Reason #3 for Diva Dweller Love: Our Diva Dwellers bring, refer, and introduce us to some of the overall best soon-to-be Diva Dwellers, which creates an even bigger, better community.

We always say that our Diva Dwellers are the best people to work with in the entire world; they are generally tech-savvy, efficient, sassy, well educated about the buying or selling process, and most importantly, fun. We’ve got everything from techies to artists and from single gals married folks — but what keeps our Diva Dwellers so tight-knit is that they are all loyal supporters of the Diva Dweller Culture. By Diva Dweller “Culture,” we mean the incredibly unique and supportive community that our Diva Dwellers have helped to create (which was Reason #2 for Diva Dweller Love!). But cultures don’t just appear out of nowhere. Cultures are built and grown by attracting and collecting like-minded individuals.

Our Diva Dwellers have helped to create this unique community by being some of the best referrers that the real estate biz has ever seen. Our Diva Dwellers know what it takes to fit in with the Diva Posse, and their friends are usually exactly the type of people with whom we love to work. You know what they say after all: “Divas of a feather flock together.” We have met so many of our newest Diva Dwellers through introductions from some of our oldest Diva Dwellers and Divotees — for example, we met Ellen + Gibson through the Allreds, who we met through the Newmans; we met Jessica + Tom and Adam + Terri through Kim + Mark, who we met through Bria Ball (now Bria Knowles); and we met Dini + Andrew through Tamar. By having our Diva Dwellers bring their friends and family into the larger Diva Framily, they make sure that the supportive community that we all have collectively built stays lively, diverse, and fun.

Not only do our Diva Dwellers know the perfect potential future Diva Dwellers, but they also continue to attract new Dwellers indirectly. Our Diva Dwellers love to spread the love. And since they are generally tech-savvy, a large number of our Diva Dwellers (and soon-to-be Diva Dwellers) are avid Yelpers. We are currently the number one ranked real estate team on Yelp, which has led to a huge chunk of our business coming from super savvy Yelpers. Last year alone, about 40% of our Diva Dwellers came from Yelp — which is insane! But the true power of these online review comes from our fabulous Yelper Diva Dwellers who are happy to spread the love. And lucky for us, our Diva Dwellers have left us so many stunning reviews that they don’t all even fit on one page!

All in all, our Diva Dwellers are a huge reason for why we have been so successful in past years. Because they are the types of people that make the best Diva Dwellers, they often know other people that would also be great additions to the Diva Framily. But not only do they directly refer new Dwellers to us, but they continue to guide like-minded people into the community through their stunning online reviews in places like Yelp, Zillow, and Google+. We are so lucky to have such power referrers in the Diva Dweller family to keep Divaland’s population growing — after all, the more the merrier!
