Our Diva Dweller decided it was time for her to move out of Seattle. She is also super market savvy. She bought at the BOTTOM of the market. Saw what was going on with condos on Capitol Hill. And knew that this was the RIGHT time to sell her condo. So together we worked on timing of her big move and the peek of the sellers market on Capitol Hill. Our Diva Dweller also went through and fixed every little thing in the home. She made the home (with the help of Roy hanging the art, Divas restaging, etc) very pretty. And we marketed this baby like no one has marketed a small one bedroom on Capitol Hill before!

Our Diva Dweller got the flooring replaced in the bathroom, cleaned the carpets, we had the cleaners do a deep clean on the home, updated the plants on the cute porch. And guess what – by marketing day it was picture perfect!
