Setting the Scene To Find The Best Seattle Real Estate Agent

These fabulous folks were referred to us from an amazing Portland Realtor and dear friend, Lauren Goché. They were renting in West Seattle and originally wanted to stay in West Seattle. That said, they were quickly open to expanding their search since they realized they could get more for their money going a little bit further south into Burien.

Dreaming of the Perfect Home

Taylor and Harris really wanted more space. They want to start a family, they have motorcycles, they love to garden, and they want a great yard for their pooch Hemi!

Our clients also wanted to be near a park since they are super active, and so is Hemi. And they wanted an extra area in the home for crafting that was NOT in their living room. Basically, a space with no TV.

Finding Their Dream Home

We toured our first homes in March. We made offers on 2 different homes, and unfortunately those homes received multiple offers and we didn’t win. Then we toured a 3rd home, and they knew right away when they saw the backyard (it was gorgeous!) and the huge garage with a workshop space that this was “The One.” This really made a huge difference for them, as well as all of the space IN the house! They also loved the proximity to Seahurst Park and they fell in love with Burien after taking time to explore the area since it was new to them.

Donna reached out to the agent as soon as she knew they were interested in making an offer and shared some information about them, including that they had already lost offers on 2 homes. They had to go to their max escalation but they were willing to do that for this house!
