Take note, because you won’t find a better location! Three19 is perched just above South Lake Union and downtown, making for a super-easy commute! And on your way home there are plenty of places to stop and play just steps away from your front door. But this luxurious condo will make you think twice about going out, you can bring the party to you. The open living and dining area are perfect to stretch your legs in front of the cozy gas fireplace and enjoy the stunning view. The master suite is an amazing space with a huge master bath and a walk-in closet with a sexy shelving system. The second bedroom is a perfect office space or guest room. The North Olive/West Capitol Hill microhood is one of our favorite Capitol Hill ‘hoods. It’s urban, it’s gritty, it’s got all the things that remind you that you live in a major metropolitan area, plus tons of things that remind you why Seattle is the best city of them all. There’s a restaurant or bar just about everywhere you turn, the Walk Score is a whopping 95, it’s super close to downtown and South Lake Union. And yet, just when the clamor of the traffic and the bustle of the sidewalks really starts to get to you, there are calming pocket parks of greenspace to help you find your center again.

Seriously, though. Let’s not gloss over just how crazy accessible this ‘hood is. You can sell your car and never drive again. It’s super walkable. Pronto Bikeshare is conveniently located just down the street. The LINK light rail is coming. You are steps away from everything that’s awesome in Capitol Hill, and just minutes away from a plethora of other hot neighborhoods. Of course, if you do car commute, this condo has a dedicated parking spot and quick access to major highways.

• Have we mentioned how much we love Analog Coffee? I know we have. We mention it a lot. Because we really, really do. It’s in Diva Dude Roy’s top five coffee shops. Which is a huge compliment, trust us.
• Thomas Street Market is just the cutest little spot to grab a bottle of wine and a nibble to snack on on your fab balcony.
• Summit Public House: 22 beers on tap. Perfect spot for soccer. We heard a little rumor that it’s four-legged friendly. It’s a real dive bar. What more can you ask for?
• Sun Liquor: Less beer more cocktail? You’ve gotta try this.
