Capitol Hill is our home. It is also where our office lives at 1400 East Pike Street. I have been working in Capitol Hill for over 25+ years as a real estate agent and it is one of my favorite things to do. Not only do I get to introduce folks to this amazing neighborhood. It is also the neighborhood where people start before they buy their first mid-century modern home in neighborhoods like Seward Park or Magnolia.
The people who live here are the reason we get out of bed every morning. Our community includes our fellow LGBTQ+ neighbors, longtime Seattle residents, and design-forward buyers relocating from across the country. Being named the best Capitol Hill real estate agent by the very people we serve is the highest compliment we could ever receive. Period.
This Award Joins Some Pretty Good Company
Wow – this year has been award season busy!!! We are not going to lie. We have been collecting some hardware over the years. For some reason in the last month or so we have gotten a lot of recognition. Apologies for the many award posts on the socials but the people need to know!!!!

- Seattle Magazine 5-Star Agent: I just finished up my call with the 5 star folks. I think this year will be my 20th consecutive year. Maybe it is more!
- Top Producer Coldwell Banker Award: Not a single year has passed that we have not been ranked in the top 10% of Coldwell Banker teams in the world.
- Feedspot Top 100 Real Estate Blog Nationally: Our blog just climbed to #83 in the nation for 2026

And it is coming up with an incredible marketing strategy for our clients who our downsizing their architecturally significant home near Miller Park.
It is also about showing up with integrity, especially for our LGBTQ+ community. In a political climate where our rights are constantly being debated and threatened, having a lesbian-owned and women/lesbian led real estate team matters more than ever. We understand Fair Housing because we live it. We know how to protect your assets. And we will always tell you the truth. Choosing an LGBTQ+ real estate agent is important in this environment, and we are proud to be that team for so many of our neighbors.
