A little first of the year news round-up for our fans. The most interesting thing that we have noticed in the last month is the extremely low rental vacancy here in the central Seattle neighborhoods. The vacancy rate is now at an all time low with landlords raising rates or capping down on extra benefits. At the same time we have seen a continued decline in condo pricing.
