Thanks to the fact that this condo is a corner unit, this lovely condo is characterized by a bright and airy atmosphere. There’s lots of rich wood featured in this unit, but don’t worry, this doesn’t make things feel dark thanks to all of the natural light. A few of my favorite restaurants within reach include Spinasse, Artusi, Kedai Mekan, Plenty of Clouds, Oola, Skillet, and Diesel. Head north along 15th Ave to find even more fabulous restaurants like Smith, Rione XIII, Bar Vacilando, Victrola Coffee Roasters, Liberty, Jamjuree, and Hopvine. That’s just the tip of the iceberg here!
One of the additional reasons why people love this particular area so much is for its many public transit options. Several buses run through the area, and the Capitol Hill Link Light Rail Station is a quick scooter ride away.
