My Five Favorite Features of This Modern Condo in First Hill

Everything in this home has been updated which is so rare in a condo. The kitchen, the bathrooms, the fireplace, the home bar, and even the built-ins in the bedrooms. Gush!!!

The Chic Updated Kitchen

Yes, I don’t really cook. And yet, I still LOVE a rad kitchen, and this kitchen is super sleek. I love the clean lines and look of the cabinetry combined with the unpolished granite countertops. Very European. The under cabinet lighting is also a great touch. Our client added cork floors since they are much more forgiving when you are standing and baking or doing weekly food prep for hours. (Or for when you accidentally knock that glass of wine off the counter.) There is also tons of storage in this kitchen. If you decide you don’t want or need a little bistro table, there is a perfect spot to add even more shelving for your fancy kitchen appliances.

This Cool Balcony + Seattle Skyline View

What’s better than walking into a home and immediately seeing a view of the Seattle Skyline? Here you not only have a wonderful western-facing view, you also have a sweet balcony from which to enjoy it. I can just picture sitting out on this quaint balcony with my morning espresso catching up with folks on the socials and then chilling out here after work with a glass of rosé. There is even enough room here for you and your sweetie to enjoy an intimate dinner together on a warm fall evening.

Although you may not be right in the heart of Capitol Hill, you are mere blocks away. And being in First Hill means less noise and traffic, without giving up convenience. You can still get downtown, across I-90, to Pioneer Square, and the International District in minutes. There is easy access to transit all around you, buses and the trolley. There are also wonderful places to dine within blocks of this modern condo in First Hill as well. Craving French cuisine? Go to L’Oursin. Love fresh Vietnamese food? Check out Ba Bar. Pizza night? Cora Pizza is minutes away. For great coffee—well one of my favorite places, Boon Boona is just over on 12th. In this fab neighborhood you get both quiet and convenience!
