We sold this home for 14% more than the average price per square footage for recently sold two bedroom condo on Capitol Hill. Why you ask? Fix whats broken, make it beautiful, and market the heck out of the home.
Our Diva Dweller on the condo was faced with a very interesting predicament. His boyfriend and lovable pooch Ally was practically living with our Diva Dweller in less than 900 square foot. The best designed two bedroom / two bath condo on the hill. But still fairly small for two people who enjoy entertaining. Our Diva Dweller needed to Move on Up. But like many people in his situation he didn’t know what he could get from the proceeds of sale for the condo to be able to understand exactly what he could buy next. Hence the reason why the Seattle housing inventory is stalled. Sellers want to sell but where are they going to go?
Diva Dweller and Team Diva decided to take a risk and price the home at an amount that if it did sell at this price he could make the “Buy-Up” happen. Then our Diva Dweller would go rent temporarily as we looked for the next fabulous Diva Dwelling. Everyone went for it!

Luckily for us our Diva Dweller lived as if his home was going to be ready to sell any minute. But like most people we really needed him to pare down books, organize closets, make sure the cabinets were gay boy pretty, and just get ready for the multitude of people coming and going from his condo.
