I have loved this View Condo at 23rd and Jackson since I first got into real estate. Sixteen years ago I was a brand new broker in the business and one of my office cohorts had a condo on the market. And a couple of my friends in the art world ended buying the home. The condo is very special and super unique. It has a great west-facing view of the city and an amazing roommate-friendly layout. Most two-bedroom condos have the bedrooms right next to each other and the second bedroom is always super small. Not this one! While we were staging the condo we ducked into Simply Soulful for lunch. Simply Soulful is one of the best Black-owned soul food restaurants in the area. The owners were super nice and excited that we took time to eat in their space. Many areas in the Central District has been gentrified and spaces like Simply Soulful are not really a big part of our city any more. At 23rd and Jackson places like Simply Soulful are thriving. And we love to see it!

In addition, the location means that you can live in one of our favorite places in Seattle AND have easy access to Capitol Hill, Downtown Seattle, and to the Eastside.
