The big open first floor plan! We love being able to cook while watching a movie or chatting with our friends in the living room.

Private Quiet Bedroom

The downstairs primary suite is so cozy. Originally it felt strange having our bedroom on the downstairs level, but we grew to love it. We sleep so well in this room.

Plenty of Backyard Room

The backyard is great for big gatherings. We have fond memories of BBQs & chill time with friends around the fire pit. When the sunset is just right it bathes the yard in beautiful golden light.

That Cozy Fireplace

Having a living room fireplace that warms the house on chilly nights is amazing. Also, our pups loved sleeping in front of the fire.

Amazing Neighborhood

Being minutes to Alaska Junction means access to great food, coffee and shopping. Grab a coffee at Uptown, treat yourself to pastries at Bakery Nouveau, and hit up happy hour at Jak’s Grill. All within 3 blocks!
