There are several really good investment opportunities on First Hill. For starters, First Hill is home to and close to many hospitals and Seattle University. You have options to rent to students and traveling nurses/doctors. Typically one-bedroom apartments in the area rent between $1,500-$1,800 per month. And if there were more modern finishes, the potential rent would be even higher!
