Capitol Hill has had a summer of stability. Looks like the days of 13 or more offers on a condo has trickled to just getting a home at asking price. Not bad. Capitol Hill saw a high of $369/sf for single family homes back in April. Lately we have been hovering around $311-315/sf (including co-ops) for the last three months. Condos are selling for about 30% more than last year (price per square foot). Crazy!
