Long story short, a real estate friend called and asked Lindsy to help them with one of their friends’ homes here in Duvall. These seller clients are amazing and have this beautiful home. What We Love About This Home in Duvall, Washington

This Duvall home is a 1988-built rambler with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The home is tucked back amongst the trees on a private spacious lot with tons of room to park that boat or RV. We love the vaulted ceiling in the living room, and there’s also space for dining right next to the kitchen. Be sure to take a look at the updated granite counters and brand-new LVP flooring in the kitchen! There’s also a second recreational space or family room with a super cozy pellet stove that warms up the entire home.

Discover the massive backyard with a deck, tons of garden space, rhododendrons, room for all the toys, and plenty of space for pets to play and run around. You may feel like you’re living out in the country, but you’re still only a 35-minute drive away from Downtown Seattle.
