Why Our Clients Wanted to Sell Their Home 

Our seller clients Christine and Steve found us online and really wanted to work with us because of our marketing prowess. I originally met with Christine and Steve before Thanksgiving in 2024. They wanted to sell their stunning Queen Anne Craftsman because they fell in love with a new home in Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. I encouraged them to not rush the process, and wait to sell their home until January of 2025. I wanted the timing to be perfect! 

Plenty of Time to Prepare This Luxury Home in Queen Anne 

This modern home was impeccably maintained. Steve and Christine bought it new in 2012 and really, it felt barely lived in. For the size of the home, we really didn’t have to do much prep, but we did do some detailed work. We touched up painting, and we had carpets completely replaced. We had all of the decks and patios power washed, the yard got a refresh, and garden pots were replanted with colorful plants hardy enough to survive the snow and cold. And then, of course, we had the home beautifully staged by one of our top stagers, Von Rocko Homes.

A Smooth & Successful Selling Process 

The timing on this stunning modern home was just right. As soon as the home was listed, we released a ton of marketing. We had many calls from agents with out-of-town buyers. We had open houses and a fabulous VIP party open house planned, but we never even made it to the open houses because the home sold in a flash!

After 5 showings, we got one stellar early offer on day 3 and the sellers took it. The offer was signed on day 4. It was over asking with zero contingencies, and had a 3-week closing. The buyers did a pre-inspection and there was one minor fireplace fix we sorted out. But pretty much a short easy closing. All wins in my book, and our clients were super happy!
