Northeast Seattle

Northeast Seattle includes neighborhoods like U-District, Bryant, Ravenna, Wedgwood, Matthew’s Beach, Roosevelt, Meadowbrook, Northgate, and Pinehurst. To the east, discover beautiful Lake Washington (which affords many neighborhoods with incredible water views). Interstate-5 marks the westernmost part of the neighborhood, which also offers a great commuting option. 

This North Seattle area is home to major attractions like University of Washington, University Village (a hub of fabulous shopping and dining), several outdoor attractions (like Magnuson Park, Matthew’s Beach Park, Ravenna Park & Ravine, and Montlake Cut), and pocket neighborhood that all offer their own charm and character.

Northeast Seattle is mostly made up of single-family homes, including view homes. You’ll find some older homes, including many custom Mid-Century Modern homes, and homes from the 1980s and ‘90s. Plus, there is some amazing high-end new construction!
