GET TO KNOW Woodinville
Northeast of Seattle, Woodinville has established itself as that rare bedroom community for those who love the finer things. Immersion in nature and close proximity to the city. The relaxed mix of agritourism, outdoor recreation, and epicurean pursuits makes Woodinville a quintessential PNW community. Within the city, it's mostly known for its many small wineries. Producing some very lovely wines using grapes from the region. Woodinville's neighborhoods range from the rustic to the opulent. So homebuyers have plenty of options when searching for something that matches their style and price point. Woodinville real estate is certainly more affordable than Seattle. It's still King County, so values are rising. Don't worry about getting to the city for work, by the way. There are rapid transit options to work centers, including Redmond and Seattle.
