Beyonce once told us “a diva is a female version of a hustler” — and Diva Kim took it to heart, becoming the epitome of a hustler. She’s been in this game for almost 15 years and by now, she practically owns this city. Over those 15 years, Kim has established herself as a top producing agent in Seattle and just last week, we found her named as one of the 15 Best Agents in Seattle. The Choice Home Warranty blog compiled this list, based on agents’ local knowledge, experience, reliability, negotiation skills, and ability to close deals. However, as if being in the Top 15 is not enough, there is a friendly competition for the One and Only Best Agent in Seattle at the end of the post.
